It is possible to return purchased goods in a quick and easy procedure.
Pursuant to European Directive 2011/83, implemented in Italy by the Legislative Decree of 3 December 2013, the purchaser may withdraw from the purchase contract without necessarily specifying the reason for the return.
The purchaser wishing to exercise the right of withdrawal shall notify Formar Contract of its intention by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt or by Pec, within 14 working days from the date of delivery, enclosing a copy of the transport documents, to the addresses indicated below.
The cost of return postage shall be borne entirely by the Customer.
From the time that Formar Contract has accepted the return request, the purchaser will have 14 calendar days to make the return shipment.
After that time, the purchaser will no longer be eligible for the right of withdrawal.

Formar Contract will process the refund via bank transfer within 14 business days of receiving the returned goods.
The right of withdrawal lapses completely if the returned product is not intact, i.e. lacks the original outer and inner packaging, is damaged or even partially used.
