RETURNS AND SUPPORT<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

<\/p>\n

It is possible to return purchased goods in a quick and easy procedure.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Pursuant to European Directive 2011\/83, implemented in Italy by the Legislative Decree of 3 December 2013,<\/em> the purchaser may withdraw from the purchase contract without necessarily specifying the reason for the return.<\/p>\n

The purchaser wishing to exercise the right of withdrawal shall notify Formar Contract of its intention by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt or by Pec<\/strong>, within 14 working days<\/strong> from the date of delivery, enclosing a copy of the transport documents, to the addresses indicated below.<\/p>\n

The cost of return postage shall be borne entirely by the<\/strong> Customer<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

From the moment that Formar Contract has accepted the return request, the purchaser shall have 14 calendar days to ship the return.<\/strong> After this period, the purchaser may no longer benefit from the right of withdrawal. <\/p>\n

After obtaining the return authorisation from the operator, the purchaser shall send the product to<\/p>\n

Formar Contract will process the refund via bank transfer within 14 business days<\/strong> of receiving the returned goods.<\/p>\n

The right of withdrawal lapses completely if the returned product is not intact, i.e. lacks the original outer and inner packaging, is damaged or even partially used.<\/p>\n
