The seat is padded with polyurethane foam with differentiated densities
50+10 mm thick (total thickness 60 mm) that is highly comfortable even with intensive use.

The ‘padding consists of two polyurethane foam elements: the first, placed in the lower part, 50 mm thick with density 25 kg/m3.
The second, placed in the part in contact with the user, 10 mm thick with density 18 kg/m3.

This choice we made allows for maximum user comfort.

Height adjustment

The armrests can be adjustable to different heights, depending on the height of the user of the chair, thus promoting correct posture in which the arms form a right angle with the torso.

Translation

The armrests can translate forward and backward and be locked in the desired position so they can be adjusted to the user.

The mechanical characteristics of the seat

The Synchron mechanism

The Synchron mechanism, among the most advanced and high-performance on the market, allows the backrest and seat to move in a synchronized manner with a 1:2.5 ratio: a 1° tilt of the seat corresponds to a 2.5° tilt of the backrest.
It has four locking positions and a knob for adjusting the oscillation according to the user’s body weight.

The gas piston

This is the component that makes it possible to adjust the height of the seat and simultaneously make the seat cushioned.
This gas pump is inserted into the 5-spoke base and, at the other end, into the swing plate housing.

Synchron mechanism

We have employed the Synchron mechanism among the most advanced and high-performance on the market.
It has four locking positions and knob for swing adjustment according to the user’s body weight.
The Synchron mechanism, unlike other mechanisms usually mounted on office chairs, allows the 90° angle between the torso and legs to be maintained at all times, thus ensuring correct posture.
It is also equipped with an “anti-shock” system that prevents the violent and involuntary return of the backrest.

Seat Padding

The seat is padded with differentiated density polyurethane foam of thickness mm. 50+10 (total thickness mm. 60) highly comfortable even with intensive use.

The upper part of the armrest is made of soft pad that ensures absolute comfort.

Made of 9 mm thick beech plywood (no plastic material) to ensure maximum durability to stress.
