Dezember 2013 umgesetzt wurde<\/em>, kann der K\u00e4ufer vom Kaufvertrag zur\u00fccktreten, ohne notwendigerweise den Grund f\u00fcr die R\u00fcckgabe angeben zu m\u00fcssen.<\/p>\n<p>Der K\u00e4ufer, der von seinem R\u00fccktrittsrecht Gebrauch machen m\u00f6chte, muss Formar Contract <strong>innerhalb von 14 Werktagen<\/strong> ab dem Datum der Lieferung per Einschreiben mit R\u00fcckschein oder per <strong>Pec<\/strong> unter Beif\u00fcgung einer Kopie der Transportdokumente an die unten angegebenen Adressen benachrichtigen.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 110%;\"><strong>Die Kosten f\u00fcr die R\u00fccksendung gehen vollst\u00e4ndig zu Lasten des<\/strong><strong>des Kunden.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Sobald Formar Contract die R\u00fccksendeanfrage akzeptiert hat, hat der K\u00e4ufer <strong>14 Kalendertage Zeit, die R\u00fccksendung zu versenden<\/strong>.
